El Quinto Pino is a a beautifully presented detached villa located in Los Peñones de Frigiliana. The location of the property itself provides a peaceful country style of living full of privacy but without the isolation associated with many such properties. A concreted track allows easy access, and the property is only a 10 minute drive from Frigiliana village!

The Space

The villa is presented throughout to a very high standard and offers wonderful living spaces, 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, over a total of 3 floors.

The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors that lead out to a fabulous pool area with views of the private gardens, the county side and the coastline in the distance. The kitchen has all modern facilities you could need and offers a door that leads outside to the bbq area so you have everything by hand when you are enjoying a great bbq.

In addition this floor offers a full bathroom with overhead shower that can be accessed from the pool area.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all of excellent proportions and large fitted wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms benefit of access to a Wonderfull terrace with amazing views. On this level you will also find a good size bathroom with overhead shower.

The master bedroom suit is on the top floor of the house and benefits of his own bathroom, build in wardrobes and a large private terrace with spectacular panoramic views across the countryside, the coastline & sea in the distance.

Additional features are, a table tenis and a BBQ area just next to the pool area. There is new and modern air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The swimming-pool size is approximate 3,5 x 8 meters.

All cleaning products used in this house are Ecological and we try to take care of the environment as well as possible :)

There is a television (smart tv) at the disposal of the guests. However, television does not have a connection to channels and can only be used to watch (netflix, amazon primetv, youtube ...) with the personal accounts of the guests.
