A beautiful and spacious family Apartment located in ‘Calle Las Huertas' just 2 minutes walk to the old quarter and the famous Calle Real with all amenities in easy walking distance. The property has been very nicely decorated and offers a great open plan living area leading directly out to a spacious south facing terrace. The apartment also offers a large communal pool and modern air-conditioning in all rooms!
The Space
Upon entering, you will directly walk in to the open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. This space is of excellent proportions and can easily accommodate the wholefamily. This wonderful living space offers a patio door, giving easy access to the spacious terrace where you can take full advantage of the beautiful views that this property has to offer. Also just at the entrance you will find a separate toilet.
A corridor leads to the bedrooms. There is a good size master bedroom with a UK double size bed, built in wardrobes and amazing views to the sea and the surrounding county side. This bedroom also offers a great on suit shower room. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a build in wardrobe and also an on suit shower room.
The south facing terrace offers all day sun, a great dining space, chill out area and wonderful views of the sea and the countryside.
There is new and modern air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.
The apartment complex offers a beautiful pool area with plenty of space to enjoy the sunny days here in Frigiliana.
-Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from the 1st of April to the 30th of October!
All cleaning products used in this Apartment are Ecological and we try to take care of the environment as well as possible :)
